The Dinghy, Coverack, has been owned by our family for over 200 years. It is one of the oldest properties in the village – a traditional fisherman's cottage nestled into North Corner in the quaint village of Coverack on The Lizard Peninsula. 

Recently renovated, the Dinghy provides a modern, quirky interior with a beautiful south facing sun terrace overlooking the sea.

The Dinghy is situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, and overlooks the historic Coverack harbour. 

The Skiff, Coverack, was completed in 2024 - having previously been  a wooden shed for storing tools from a family flower farm and then laterly a double garage. 

The Skiff is designed as an upside down house to make the most of the views across the bay

The Skiff,  has been built to a high spec  with all your holiday needs catered for and is light and airy with views over the village towards the harbour and glimpses of the Manacles when filling the kettle with water for your morning cuppa. (there is a dishwasher for washing up)

The Juliet balcony allows you to feel though you are part of the outside, whilst still allowing you some privacy.

The Skiff, also has a small terrace outside the bedroom, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee and shoot the breeze with passing walkers on the South West Coastal Path

• Freesat TV & Wifi

There is a comfortable south facing terrace to the front of the Dinghy which benefits from the sun throughout the day. Sit and enjoy breakfast whilst watching the local fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Or enjoy a sundowner after a busy day exploring the rugged Cornish coastline or a blissful afternoon in the crystal clear water of the local bays. 

There is a small terrace which is accessed from the bedroom - with a small gate leading directly onto the South West Coastal Path.

This benefits from the morning sun and is a lovely spot to sit and pass the time people watching as they take on the Coastal Path.
